One of the most prominent Latin urban artist of our generation, FARRUKO, will perform on Saturday, September 9 at City National Civic of San Jose, on the heels of his upcoming release TrapXficante.
FARRUKO continues to enjoy unprecedented amounts of success worldwide and, he celebrates receiving two nominations to the awards ceremony that highlights the best of Hispanic youth culture, PREMIOS JUVENTUD, for the fourth consecutive year. Farruko stands out in two important categories: "BEST VIDEO," for his latest single, "Don’t Let Go," and "BEST SONG TO DANCE," for his collaboration with Silvestre Dangond, "Ya No Me Duele Más."
In the last few months, Farruko has delighted urban music lovers with a new musical proposal focused on Latin Trap with his upcoming album, "TrapXficante." The album’s first single, "Don’t Let Go," quickly became a fan favorite and dominated radio charts and major digital music platforms.
Now, Farruko is focused on giving the finishing touches to "TrapXficante," while continuing to bring his unparalleled talent live on tour across the country.
Recently, Farruko celebrated receiving four ASCAP Awards for his work as a composer in the international hits "Encantadora" and "Pa’ Que Me Invitan," and his own chartbusters "Chillax" and "Obsesionado." Now, the singer-songwriter prepares to lead the Latin Trap Panel during the 2017 Billboard Latin Music Conference, taking place April 24-27 in Miami Beach. The conference culminates with the Billboard Latin Music Awards 2017, broadcast live by Telemundo from the BankUnited Center in Coral Gables, Fla., ceremony for which Farruko is a finalist in four categories.
