NEDERLANDER CONCERTS TAPS ERIC MILHOUSE AS DIRECTOR OF TALENT

NEDERLANDER’S RENA WASSERMAN AND JENNIFER ANDERSON PROMOTED
LOS ANGELES, CA (February 3, 2016) – Alex Hodges, CEO of Nederlander Concerts, announced today that the company has tapped industry veteran, Eric Milhouse as Director of Talent enhancing Nederlander’s growth nationally. Additionally, the company has promoted Rena Wasserman to Senior Vice President of Production and Operations and Jennifer Anderson to Marketing Manager for Central and Northern California, effective immediately.
Eric Milhouse has been tapped to book and promote live entertainment for Nederlander’s roster of venues and third party facilities, bolstering the company’s existing California assets. Milhouse will also collaborate with Paragon Presents and Paul Thornton to promote events at the new Skyline Theater in Austin, opening this spring, as well as other markets. Most recently, Milhouse worked for Goldenvoice / AEG Live, booking acts at Club Nokia at LA Live and The Fox Theater Pomona. At those venues he booked national and international talent producing over 100 shows annually, including such marquee acts as Atl-J, Interpol, Jack White, Mac DeMarco, Ms. Lauryn Hill, Phantogram and Ryan Adams, among others. He also developed talent strategies and industry relationships for the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. Prior to that, he was the National Talent Buyer for nearly seven years at the Belly Up in San Diego, where he produced over 400 shows a year.
For more than a decade, Rena Wasserman has been integral to the Nederlander Concerts executive team and now as Senior Vice President of Production and Operations will oversee the company’s award-winning venues as well as business development. She will focus on expansion initiatives for the company and business opportunities both locally and in new markets. From 2005-2015, Wasserman was the General Manager for the award-winning Greek Theatre in Los Angeles under Nederlander’s stewardship. Wasserman has been nominated multiple times for North America’s “Facility Executive of the Year” by Pollstar Magazine and has won this prestigious honor three times with the 2015 award winners being announced next week during Pollstar Live.
Jennifer Anderson currently manages the marketing and promotions for the City National Civic of San Jose and Nederlander shows playing the Bay Area. Her role is being expanded to oversee marketing for the Vina Robles Amphitheatre in Paso Robles and events playing the Central Coast. Prior to Nederlander, Anderson worked for Boulevard New Media / Metro Newspapers as the Marketing Manager. There she developed marketing programs and initiatives for the sales teams, including sponsorship opportunities, social media campaigns, special editorial programs, promotions and launched the online photo gallery. Anderson was also the Project Manager for Silicon Valley Beer Week, Silicon Valley Restaurant Week and C2SV technology conference and music festival in downtown San Jose.
