“The Legend of Zelda: Symphony of the Goddesses” concert series is back with a third installment of multimedia shows to be toured worldwide, entitled “Master Quest.” This latest edition of the “The Legend of Zelda” symphony will add brand new music and visuals from recent and upcoming The Legend of Zelda games, but will maintain the beloved experience fans have come to expect as it embarks on a world tour. The tour will make a stop at City National Civic on Saturday, December 5, 2015.

Based on one of the most popular and beloved video game series of all time, the tour features live orchestral performances of theme music from Nintendo’s 28-year-old The Legend of Zelda franchise that will serve to introduce newcomers to the music and themes of the Zelda games and give long-time fans a chance to celebrate their favorite moments in the franchise.
Audiences can expect to experience awesome new inclusions from The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds, the most recently released game in the series for Nintendo 3DS, and new music from the recently announced remake of fan-favorite The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask. These never before performed scores accompanied by new gameplay imagery will appear for the first time ever in “Master Quest,” though fans will still be treated to the show’s now-classic repertoire from seasons past.

The name Symphony of the Goddesses refers not only to the concert program but also to the four-movement symphony recounting the classic storylines from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess and The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. The performance also will highlight orchestral renditions of music from The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening, The Legend of Zelda: Majora’s Mask and The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks. Concerts will be performed by full orchestra and choir in world class venues throughout the world.

“The continued excitement around The Legend of Zelda franchise is amazing, and this special concert will deliver an unforgettable experience for fans,” notes Jason Michael Paul, President of Jason Michael Paul Productions, Inc, which is producing the concert tour. “These performances transcend culture and geography and unite people through a common love for this venerable and legendary series.”
Guests will enjoy their favorite moments from the now 28-year-old series, carefully and beautifully timed with a gorgeous orchestral score approved by Nintendo sound director and Zelda franchise composer Koji Kondo. The concert is a festive experience for all walks of fans, many of which attend “cosplaying” as their favorite characters.

Fans can view a complete tour schedule with ticketing information, and also sign up for a regularly updated digital newsletter, athttp://zelda-symphony.com. Groundbreaking songwriter, four-time Grammy-nominated artist, multi-instrumentalist and producer, Steven Wilson, is set to release his fourth solo album, Hand. Cannot. Erase. (Kscope) on March 3, 2015. Hand. Cannot. Erase. will be available at retailers nationwide and digitally with a limited deluxe edition for pre-order via Kscope (http://bit.ly/1DhHN6c). Wilson and his band will embark on a tour with a date at City National Grove of Anaheim on Friday, June 12.

This latest collection from the prolific song-writer is a dynamic 11-song conceptual set, bringing together diverse aspects of his expansive sonic history. Recorded in September 2014 at AIR Studios London, Hand. Cannot. Erase. features the guitar-driven power, infectious melodies, and progressive sensibility of Wilson’s sprawling body of work.

Wilson describes the collection as inspired by a news story, of a woman who died in her apartment and went undiscovered for three years. “The basic concept of the record – it’s about a woman growing up, who goes to live in the city, very isolated, and she disappears one day and no one notices. Now, your initial reaction when you hear a story like that is, ‘Ah, little old bag lady that no one notices; no one cares about.’ But she was young; she was popular; she was attractive; she had many friends; she had family, but for whatever reason, nobody missed her for three years.” The dramatic theme of Hand. Cannot. Erase. is punctuated with moments of rhythmic urgency, somber introspection, and soaring beauty. Fans are invited to follow the blog entries at Handcannoterase.com.

Best known as founder and front man of British rock act Porcupine Tree, Wilson has produced and collaborated with diverse acts as Opeth, Blackfield, Yes, Roxy Music, and XTC. His prolific engineering work can be heard on his mixes of classic releases from King Crimson, Jethro Tull, and most recently the 5.1 surround sound version of Tears For Fears’ classic Songs From The Big Chair reissue, released in November 2014. Porcupine Tree’s last album went top 30 in both the UK and USA, and the tour climaxed with sold out shows at Royal Albert Hall in London and Radio City Music Hall in New York.

Following the release of his critically acclaimed 2012 release, The Raven That Refused to Sing, Wilson set out on a world tour, having assembled a virtuoso band – Marco Minnemann (drums), Nick Beggs (bass), Theo Travis (flute and sax), Adam Holzman (keys) and Guthrie Govan (guitar). His latest studio creation completed, the cinematic Hand. Cannot. Erase. features dynamic performances by Wilson, his touring ensemble, and vocal accompaniment from Ninet Tayeb.

What began as an experiment and then exploded into an Internet phenomenon has now evolved into an incredible success story. The Piano Guys, four talented dads from Utah, have climbed the Great Wall of China for their craft, landed atop Billboard charts, sold out tour dates around the world, accrued a massive social media following and scored YouTube viewership at 500 million views. This spring they will play a string of dates, including a stop at the City National Civic of San Jose on Saturday, May 16 to showcase their brand new album, Wonders!

The Piano Guys released Wonders (Portrait/Sony Music Masterworks) in early October. Wonders, a nod to the “Wonders of the World,” at which they intend to film music videos, features successful single/video releases from the past year such as, “Let It Go,” “Kung Fu Piano: Cello Ascends,” “Don’t You Worry Child,” and “Story of my Life.” It also includes new songs with strong familiarity – “Batman Evolution” (The Piano Guys’ take on various Batman themes over the years), a mash-up that incorporates melodies from Dave Matthews Band’s huge hit “Ants Marching / Beethoven Ode to Joy,” and Mussorgsky’s “Pictures at an Exhibition” – as well as some original compositions by ThePianoGuys. Their previous albums – The Piano Guys and The Piano Guys 2 – continue to claim the top positions on Billboard’s Classical and New Age album charts since their release.

The Piano Guys – Steven Sharp Nelson, Jon Schmidt, Al Van der Beek and Paul Anderson – are an American musical group who became an online sensation by way of their immensely successful series of strikingly original self-made music videos. They’ve made over 50 music videos since early 2011, including their breakout hit, an innovative multi-handed version of One Direction’s “What Makes You Beautiful” and a gorgeous reinvention of the hit song “Let It Go” from Disney’s Frozen. To date, the Utah-based classical-pop group has released three major label albums on Portrait/Sony Music Masterworks: The Piano Guys, The Piano Guys 2, and a holiday album called A Family Christmas.

When country a cappella band Home Free was crowned Season 4 Champions of NBC’s The Sing-Off this past December, their victory was by no means the beginnings of a career for the five country stars from Minnesota… rather it was a satisfying culmination of nearly a decade of hard work and commitment to a vocal craft growing in popularity. Home Free will take the stage at City National Grove in Anaheim on Sunday, May 10th. Tickets, including the VIP option, will go on sale Wednesday, December 17th at 10am. VIP tickets include:

- Best seats in the house
- Pre-show Meet and Greet and Q&A with the band inside the theatre (90 minutes prior to the show)
- Exclusive Spring 2015 Tour VIP Laminate
- Limited-Edition Show Hatch Print
- A photo with the band
- Crowd-free merchandise shopping

Founded by brothers Chris and Adam Rupp during their college years in the early 2000s, Home Free had been perfecting their live show for years prior to The Sing-Off–performing together for crowds in countless State and County Fairs, on college campuses, in front of Fortune 500 companies, and in theaters all across the country. It was their experience on the road that carried them to a Sing-Off victory, swelling their fan base and bringing their homegrown country style into a national spotlight.

Home Free continues to entertain audiences nationwide with their high-energy show peppered with quick-witted humor that meshes Nashville standards with pop hits dipped in country flavor. They arrive to town on the heals of their debut release on Columbia Records, Crazy Life.
