The venue is located at 1600 Exposition Blvd at Cal Expo in Sacramento.  MAP

A designated drop-off and pick-up area is located in the parking lot in front of Rock & Brews Restaurant. Entrance located off of Ethan Way. MAP

Dedicated ADA parking is available. 

$20 per car.

General admission (GA) is standing only

No oversized bags or backpacks are allowed. Clear plastic, vinyl, PVC tote bags only.  Small sized purses or wallets not exceeding 10 inches tall x 14 inches wide are permitted.  All bags are subject to search upon venue entry. Some shows may have additional restrictions, so please check the show listing.

Professional cameras with detachable lenses, audio or video recording devices, laptops and tablets are not permitted.  Flash photography is not allowed.

Accessible Seating is available for all shows at The Backyard. Please bring your tickets to the box office on the day of the show to exchange them for ADA seating.  If you have a specific concern or accessibility request for an upcoming event, please contact us in advance so we can best accommodate your needs: help@nederlanderconcerts.com.

All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges unless a show has been postponed or cancelled.  

If you have purchased tickets to a postponed event, your tickets will be honored at the rescheduled date.  Ticket buyers who are unable to attend a rescheduled show date may request a refund from Ticketmaster within a specified time period after the rescheduled show announcement.  This will allow others who can attend the new date to purchase your tickets.  For cancelled shows, Ticketmaster will automatically refund your tickets

This is a non-smoking venue.  Smoking is prohibited at and around the venue at all times.

Water refill stations will be available throughout the venue. Each patron is allowed to bring in two sealed water bottles or an empty plastic reusable container. Metal containers are prohibited.
