Event Details
Genre-bending live sensations Rainbow Kitten Surprise have announced The bones World Tour, kicking off in January 2026 and playing cities across Australia, North America, and the UK and Ireland before coming to a close in September. Along with the new tour dates, the band is sharing a scaled-back acoustic version of “Texas Hold’em” tonight, originally featured on new album bones, which released last month via Atlantic Records.
The bones Tour follows this year’s Thanks For Coming Tour, which wrapped last week and saw the band play sold-out amphitheatres across North America, including their fourth sold-out show at Red Rocks in Morrison, CO. Next year, the band begins in Australia with headline shows and support dates with Ocean Alley (on sale now) before returning to North America to hit venues including Brooklyn Paramount in Brooklyn, NY, and The Bomb Factory in Dallas, TX, with support from Common People. RKS will also be playing venues across the UK and Ireland (on sale now) before closing the tour with shows including The Greek Theater in Los Angeles and Pittsburgh’s Stage AE featuring support from Spacey Jane.
Tour presales begin on Monday, October 27, starting with Humans of RKS Premium Members at 10am local time. Presale for Humans of RKS members and email list subscribers begins on Tuesday, October 28, at 10am local time, followed by venue presale at 10am local time on Wednesday, October 29. Spotify presale begins Thursday, October 30, at 10am local. General on-sale begins Friday, October 31 at 10am local time. Tickets are available at https://www.rksband.com/tour.
Rainbow Kitten Surprise has partnered with PLUS1 so that $1 per ticket goes to the Rainbow Kitten Surprise Fund, dedicated to building a more just and compassionate world by uplifting marginalized communities, expanding access to vital resources, and delivering critical support in times of need.
The tour is in support of the band’s new album, bones, which was released last month to praise from Billboard, Paste, Brooklyn Vegan, and more. Of the project, Billboard shared, “With a tight runtime and 10 freewheeling new songs, the band embraces the energy of its beloved live show throughout the new project, as the members jam out in the studio while riffing off of one another to make a collaborative, occasionally improvisational project.”
