CITY NATIONAL GROVE OF ANAHEIM'S BLOCK PARTY VIRTUALLY BRINGING FANS TOGETHER FOR MUSIC, FOOD, AND FUN

City National Grove of Anaheim launches Block Party, bringing the community together for virtual music, food, and fun!   Block Party is a series of virtual programming every Tuesday and Thursday that will be live at 5:00 PM (PST), for fans to enjoy at home amid the Covid-19 crisis.  All programming is free, and fans can engage by following @citynationalgroveofanaheim on Instagram. 

 

The series kicks-off Tuesday, April 14, at 5:00 PM (PST) with Grove Grooves featuring DJ Chino, the nationally syndicated radio host from iHEARTMEDIA’s Top 40 KHTS (CHANNEL 933)/SAN DIEGO. 

 

Thursday, April 16, participate in KitchenSync, a live cooking class led by Chef Ramirez direct from City National Grove of Anaheim.  The thirty-minute cooking class will feature a simple pantry pasta with ingredients available at Produce Box Direct prepared by Family Tree Produce in Anaheim and paired with a specialty cocktail.  Custom KitchenSync produce boxes will be available starting Wednesday for pick up by ordering HERE. 

 

Tuesday, April 21, Grove Grooves returns with DJ B.Bless, co-founder of The AFF Crew, who will spin hits, including an exclusive Prince Tribute party remix.

 

Thursday, April 23, Brewheim brews up a backstage pass tour of the Anaheim Brewery, where their beer is born. 

 

 “During this uncertain time, we wanted to bring some entertainment into the homes of our fans, clients, and partners,” said Jordan Harding, City National Grove of Anaheim’s General Manager.  “We miss our fans and live entertainment; therefore, we curated this virtual series to enjoy together while staying home and supporting local artists and businesses.”
