The Monkees Farewell Tour with Michael Nesmith & Micky Dolenz

The Monkees at the San Jose Civic have been rescheduled to September 15, 2021, due to the Coronavirus's ongoing concerns.  Tickets from the original date will be honored on this new date.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRY!
Safety is always our number one priority.  At the request of the promoter, all ticket holders must provide PROOF OF EITHER of the following:

• VACCINATION CARDS (Must be 2 weeks after final vax)
• TEST- NEGATIVE for COVID-19 (Must be taken within 72 hours of entry.)
   

GOVERNMENT ISSUED PHOTO ID will be required with above requirements. Those who are opting for testing must complete this before coming to venue.  There will not be any onsite tests provided.

An original vaccination card, a printed copy of a valid vaccination card or negative test will be accepted.  Documentation may also be presented in digital form, such as a screenshot or photo, on a phone. For any vaccine documentation in reprinted form the entire vaccination card must be visible, or it will not be accepted.
