Cesar Millan, star of the hit television series “Cesar 911” on NatGeo WILD and original host of the long-running series “Dog Whisperer,” will now appear at the City National Civic of San Jose on Saturday, April 29. Due to scheduling conflicts, the Cesar Milan show originally scheduled for January 14 has been rescheduled to April 29.  All tickets will be honored on this new date.  .
